At the conference of the labor collective, the TMC Group company summarized the results of the year 2021. Despite the difficult economic situation in the oil industry, and the coronavirus pandemic, the company worked as efficiently as possible, and achieved good results.
Production
Last year TMC Group achieved its production goals in full, and even exceeded the results in relation to 2020. The labor productivity at TMС Group increased by 8.6%. TMS-NT, MekhServis-NPO and NKT-Servis managed to significantly improve this indicator. The company is present in the oil market almost all over Russia, as well as in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The number of our partners includes 246 customers, 88 of whom appeared in 2021. The main promising products and directions of TMC Group are pipe products with anti-corrosion coating, oilfield and drilling equipment, heavy engineering products, metal structures and development of foreign projects.
“The coordinated and dedicated work of the entire team allowed us to achieve results and ensure the fulfillment of the net profit indicator,” - emphasized Anvar Yarullin, the company's director.
In 2021, due to the increased amount of work, the subsidiary companies hired 230 workers for in-demand jobs. All company employees' salaries were increased on January, 1 of this year to save workplaces and attract new specialists.
Collective Agreement
The social protection of employees is reflected in the collective agreement, which was fully implemented in 2021. First and foremost, it means the creation of safe working conditions, providing conditions for full recreation and health improvement. More than 88 million rubles were allocated to the industrial and occupational safety activities. All social benefits for amount of over 28 million rubles were provided in full. 105 health resort vouchers for the total amount of over 3 million rubles were received, 115 vouchers for 2-day trips to out-of-town camps were purchased and everyone could get vouchers for children to participate in TATNEFT summer health-improving camps.
Veterans and Young Employees
Taking care of veterans is one of TMC Group's core values. The company's veteran organization consists of 1672 retirees. The charity fund “Mercy” (Милосердие) rendered financial assistance to the needy in the amount of 8.5 million rubles and allocated 63 health resort vouchers to TATNEFT health care centers.
Veterans of the company take an active part in the sports and athletic contest of retired veterans of Almetyevsk district. Last year the teams of the veteran organization took third place in checkers and futsal contests.
The youth personnel policy is aimed at the development of professional competencies, personal qualities and career opportunities for young employees. In the reporting year, 77 young employees were promoted and appointed to higher positions, and 29 were promoted to managerial positions from the company's talent pool.
The competence of the young workers of TMC Group is also confirmed by participating in professional skill competitions, where they annually try their hand in such categories as the best turner, electrician, welder. According to the results of the Tatneft professional skills contest of Rustam Nabiullin took first place in the category of electrician, and Marat Zagidullin was the second among turners.
Young employees won the awards of the Russian and national levels. Thus, young employees as part of the TAGRAS Holding team made it to the second stage of the international competition supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in the “Young Professionals” category. Ruslan Talibullin, leading design engineer of the Center for Technological Development Bureau for Design and Technology, received a diploma of the republican contest "Engineer of the Year"; Ilgizar Gazizov, computer operator of the Center for Technological Development Bureau for Design and Technology, won the semifinal of the industry contest for innovative projects of young scientists “Science and Oil”.
The company team won first place in the “At the Baku mines” intellectual games by the results of both rounds, beating 62 competing teams.
Social Work
The Company's social responsibility is aimed not only at the well-being of its employees and their families, but also at the territory of its presence. TMC Group sponsors the largest Territorial Self-Government in Almetyevsk, financially supports the "Meteor" hockey team and mentors children from the orphanage. The company's young employees are active in public life, taking part in city-wide clean-up days, environmental events, planting forests, and improving springs. Company activists contribute to the “Helping Hand” (Помощь рядом) volunteer movement.
