Professional engineers
The title “Professional Engineer” based on the results of the first round of the contest was awarded to Rinat Malikov, head of the Center for Technological Development in the “Industrial Production Management Organization” nomination, with a corresponding certificate and badge. When solving production problems, he actively participates in the company's inventive activity, which is confirmed by more than 20 inventor's certificate. During his work Rinat Malikov implemented more than 50 innovation proposals, for which he was twice awarded the “Excellent Inventor and Rationalizer” lapel button of the Republican Council of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ruslan Talibullin, a leading design engineer of Bureau for Design and Technology of the Center for Technological Development, was awarded the title and “Professional Engineer” lapel button according to the results of the first round in the “Oil and Gas Industry” nomination. He is fully proficient in professional skills, takes the initiative in performing production tasks, and is focused on obtaining positive results. He is the author of patents and a certificate of registration of intellectual activity.
Engineer of the Year
Aidar Rizvanov, deputy chief designer of TMС Group Bureau for Design and Technology of Center for Technological Development was named "Engineer of the Year" in the category "Mechanical Engineering" according to the results of the second round of the "Professional Engineers" competition. He has been with the company for eight years. Over the years he has developed more than 50 design concepts for mining and drilling equipment, as well as for non-standard and general purpose equipment. Repeatedly he was marked with national awards ("Engineer of the Year"), as well as all-Russian (Contest of 3D modeling aces) and awards of the Moscow International Salon (Archimedes). Aydar Rizvanov's works were published in scientific and technical and specialized magazines - he is the author of 22 published scientific works, the holder of four patents for utility models, one patent for invention, three certificates of registration of intellectual activity and two implementation of training programs into production.
The “Engineer of the Year” title shows the high recognition of skills, because the competition in the engineering environment in Tatarstan, the land of many machine-building productions related to the oil industry, is very high. The desire for inventive activity, inquisitiveness, the ability to organize the team and departments so that they work to achieve a common goal - these are the qualities one need to deserve this title, and we have such people in our company.
All-Russian contest "Engineer of the Year" is the largest social project implemented in Russia. The main goal is to promote the best practices and achievements of engineering personnel, the best in their field.
